Coming Out, Together – 10-Week Program for Men

The San Diego LGBT Community Center invites you to participate in our new group, “Coming Out, Together – 10-Week Program for Men.”

This 10 week coming out program is for a fixed set of men that are newly out and may still be navigating various feelings and seeking community. Coming Out, Together will focus on a different topic each week that addresses issues aimed at those that are learning to accept their sexuality and experiencing the LGBTQ community for the first time as a gay, bisexual, or queer man. Topics will include the decision to come out, self-acceptance, society’s expectations, LGBTQ community and you, shame, health and self-care, intimacy and more.

The goal is to build a community of newly out men discovering themselves and the LGBTQ community for the first time. Together, men will dive deep to gain insights about themselves. Within this supportive, safe environment, we will learn to be unafraid to be our real self out in the world.

This program will meet on Tuesdays from June 6th – August 15th from 5:15pm – 6:45pm in-person at The Center. The group will not meet on Tuesday, July 4th. Sign up at https://bit.ly/coming-out-together
