Joslyn Hatfield (she/her) is a Marketing Communications leader with more than 20 years of experience and a passion for crafting good stories. She holds a bachelor of arts from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University and has a decade of experience in community organizing and pride-building. She recently served as the Vice President of the Las Vegas PRIDE board directors where she was the Editor in Chief of Las Vegas PRIDE Magazine reaching 30,000 monthly readers. She served as the Vice President for Scholarships on the Consolidated Association of Prides, Inc. board of directors. Joslyn has dedicated her skills and expertise to LGBTQ+ festivals throughout the US including San Diego Pride, Las Vegas PRIDE, The Consolidated Association of Prides, Inc. (CAPI) Annual Meeting, House of Vegas Pride Festival, She Fest, Vegas Women’s Fest, SQ:UAD Festival and Sum of Us Festival. In 2022, she was named Las Vegas 40 Under 40 — the most influential and accomplished young business leaders—entrepreneurs, innovators, advocates and philanthropists by Vegas, Inc. Magazine. She is a lover of live music, a proud dog/cat mom and she used to be pretty good at softball. In her free time, she loves volunteering for all sorts of queer organizations, buying books to read five pages at a time and spending time in nature.
