Through his work with marketing, media, guest lectures, and serving on a multitude of campaigns, boards, and committees Fernando has been a consistent advocate ensuring the struggles of the LGBT community are ever visible.
With nearly a decade of community-based fundraising under her belt, Sarafina is always excited to show both corporate partners and community members new and strategic ways to invest in San Diego’s LGBT community.
Jesus believes one cannot be a leader in the community unless they are giving back, and he has actively volunteered and mobilized others to volunteer with a variety of different causes serving the LGBT community, the elderly, foster children, and the homeless.
With a strong background in accounting and administrative roles, Jose brings his skills to San Diego LGBT Pride to continue his passion towards community involvement and the pursuit of equality.

Struck by the high expense of quality marketing resources for nonprofits, Amanda founded Jupiter Production House in 2014 to offer affordable social media, video production and event planning services to nonprofits. She has over 10 years’ experience in social media and public relations.

Since 2007, Bob has been the Director of People & Culture (HR) at TechFlow, Inc., a San Diego based government contractor. Additional hats worn include Facilities, IT, Security and Training. A Navy veteran, Bob has a BA in History from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York and a Masters in Public Administration from National University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management Labor Relations from New Hampshire University. A longtime San Diego volunteer, Bob has volunteered with Frontrunners & Walkers San Diego, Special Delivery San Diego, the San Diego Art Institute, AIDS Walk San Diego, Diversionary Theatre, Lambda Archives and San Diego Pride. Bob, along with his partner Bill McClain, live in Hillcrest with their Springer Spaniel – Max.
Chad has been a dedicated volunteer with San Diego Pride since 2008. He has worked in various departments and in different roles at both the Pride Festival and Parade.

Charlie began working with San Diego Pride in February, 2014, as a volunteer and a member of the History Committee, and also took on a role as Business Relationship Liaison.
Connor is a former member of the San Diego Pride Board of Directors and has been an active volunteer for 11 years, now donating his time as the Pride Festival Advisor. He has been doing advocacy and civil rights work in the San Diego Transgender community for the past 12 years.

entertainment, Gardenia strives to bring a vibrant community of global artists together through music
to celebrate and support LGBTQIA
Jennifer Restle advocates and educates on issues of disability and bisexuality, which sprang from personal experience and began long before she knew the words to describe any of it.
Joseph (Joe) Smith
I am a Registered Nurse and work for San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. I joined the military as a medic (Corpsman) with the Marine Corps in 2004 where I practiced tactical medicine and care-under-fire as a Fleet Marine Force Warfare Specialist. I’ve been volunteering for 16 years and continue to do so with San Diego Pride since 2012.

Her passion is working toward equality through social change.
