Giving Tuesday: All year, with Pride.

Giving tuesday

Dear San Diego Pride Family,

Giving Tuesday is here! Today, December 2nd, is a day to unite to to support community serving organizations that mean the most to you.

You may know us best for the moments of joy and celebration we share together during San Diego Pride Week in July. Those moments of joy, connection, and celebration are a huge part of what we do, and they mean the world to our community.

But the truth is: Pride doesn’t end when the weekend is over. Our team, volunteers, and partners are working every single day through Pride 365 to create hold space, educate, advocate and support LGBTQIA+ people year-round.

This year, we’ve been asking our community a simple question: “What does Pride mean to you?”

Some of the answers have been beautiful, surprising, emotional, and all are good reminders of why we do this work.

“Pride is finally feeling safe expressing myself fully and completely.”

“Pride means showing up for each other and holding each other up when the world seems to be crumbling around us.”

“Pride is knowing I’m part of something bigger.”

When you give today, you’re supporting that “bigger.” You’re helping us keep youth programs running, expand leadership and advocacy efforts, build community partnerships, and make sure our Pride Parade & Festival stay accessible and community-centered for everyone.

If Pride has meant something to you, if it’s ever helped you feel seen, celebrated, or connected, we hope you’ll consider investing in the work that keeps that feeling alive all year long.

Donate this Giving Tuesday HERE.

Your gift directly supports Pride 365 and helps us continue showing up for San Diego’s LGBTQIA+ community all year, with Pride.
