About:
Hunter is our new Festival Safety Coordinator. He has volunteered with San Diego Pride since 2017 and worked primarily with the youth programs. Before volunteering with Pride, Hunter was an intern at the Lambda Archives of San Diego. A San Diego native, he received a Bachelor of Arts in LGBTQ+ Studies with a minor in Counseling and Social Change from San Diego State University in 2020.
Hunter works full time as a Facilities Associate at the San Diego Natural History Museum in Balboa Park. Prior to this, he worked as a Security Officer at both the San Diego Natural History Museum and at the Timken Museum of Art. Hunter is on track to commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.
