Bio: Tushar Kanti Baidya is an educator, peacemaker, and human rights activist from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is the project director of Inclusive Bangladesh and manages various projects for the promotion of peace and to ensure the human rights of the LGBTIQ+ population. He is equally involved in organizing the landmark Dhaka Pride in Bangladesh. Tushar has received many award and honorees for his dedication for the development of LGBTIQ+ community. Tushar is a fellow of the Commonwealth, the Peacemakers Network, KAICIID, International Services for Human Rights and Swedish Institute.
