Bio: Marije works for Amsterdam Pride organisation, among others to prepare for the WorldPride 2026 human rights conference. In the past she was a Member of the European Parliament, promoting human rights of LGBTI+ persons. Currently, she is also director of UN Women the Netherlands and university teacher on EU lobbying.
