Bio: Heron Greenesmith is a policy attorney from Boston, Massachusetts, where they live with their small family and two cats. Heron identifies as a nonbinary agender trans bisexual polyamorous parent with multiple illnesses. Heron has recently joined the Transgender Law Center as their Deputy Director of Policy, but they spent the last five years researching the anti-transgender right wing as a Senior Research Analyst at Political Research Associates. Heron is a co-founder of BiLaw, the group for bisexual and pansexual lawyers, law students, and other legal professionals, and a co-founder of the Polyamory Legal Advocacy Coalition. Heron teaches a class called Queerness and the Law at Boston University School of Law. They love crosswords and are writing a queer thriller novel (this is them holding themselves accountable by telling others of their goals).
