Bio: Kendra J. Muller is a disabled, queer attorney employed at Disability Rights California. As a part of the Civil Rights Practice Group, Muller challenges violations with impact litigation, provides direct services, and crafts intersectional legal advocacy. Muller is the chair of the San Diego County Bar Association Disability Justice Group, and advises as a member of the California Access Code Collective and DMHC TGI Workgroup. Muller’s scholarly research synthesizes public policy, science, and law to find solutions for disability justice, public health, and human rights.
