Bio: Fabienne Perlov joined the Anti-Defamation League in October 2022 as Regional Director of the San Diego and Imperial County Office. Previously, Fabienne served as Project Director at the Center for Commerce and Diplomacy at the UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy. She is experienced in the nonprofit space having served as Executive Director of the San Diego Diplomacy Council, which promotes global understanding and collaboration through professional, educational and cultural exchanges. She also served as Vice-Chair of the City of San Diego International Affairs Board, advising the San Diego Mayor and promoting the city’s cultural diversity. Prior to moving to San Diego, Fabienne worked for more than a decade at the United Nations and the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons. Born in France, Fabienne has lived and worked in many places around the world. She speaks five languages and has a Master’s in International Development Studies and Bachelor’s in Russian Literature and Civilization.
