Bio: Originally from Rochester, New York, Randy made his way to San Diego via the Navy. Upon his arrival to San Diego in 1997 Randy found family with the LGBTQ+ community and has provided 25+ years of volunteer service where he works hard to create a safe, and fun Festival for everyone.
