Calling all LGBTQ seniors! Pride is your time to celebrate Pride San Diego style. Take part in our senior programming happening throughout the weekend.

Pride Parade

Senior Seating
Pride hosts two senior shaded seating areas.

The southwest corner of University Ave. and Richmond St.
6th Ave. and Upas St. intersection

Both senior seating areas are wheelchair accessible. Reservations must be made in advance through the San Diego LGBT Community Center’s Senior Services. Information on reservations will be made available closer to the start of the Pride season.

San Diego Pride Festival

Discounted Tickets
Seniors age 65 and older are eligible for day-of discount general admission tickets at $15 with valid identification. Tickets are only available at the festival box office.

Senior Cool Zones
Folks age 55 and older are welcome to chill out and re-hydrate at any of the two senior cool zones hosted by San Diego Pride. Senior Cool Zones are found at the following areas:

The Dan Schaefer Memorial Cool Zone located in the upper loop
Lower loop festival level

Senior Cool Zones are open from 11 AM-6 PM.

Senior Sunday

On Sunday, July 21th from 11 AM to 1 PM, seniors will receive free admission into the festival. Join us from 11 AM to 12:30 PM for a complementary Senior Sunday Coffee which includes complimentary bagels, fruit, and coffee.
