Dear San Diego Pride community,
Thank you. Last week, we heard from about 70 community members, volunteers, community partners, faith leaders, former staff, and former board members at our Community Conversation. Many of you spoke with passion, and we heard the pain and disappointment behind your words. Thank you for trusting us with it.
The reductions to our staff, programming, and operations have been difficult, and we know the grief is real for those who have been part of this work for years. Your honesty is appreciated. The clearest message we took from the evening is how deeply you care about this work, this organization and one another.
