Erika Ramírez Lee is a local San Diegan, having spent thirty years in San Diego, California, and Tijuana, Mexico, working for corporations and nonprofits to promote health, education, inclusion and diversity. Erika earned her B.A. in Art and Design at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
Erika began her career as a graphic artist and studied business and marketing, eventually earning her Masters of Business Administration degree. As a bilingual and bicultural marketing professional Erika garnered awards for her English/Spanish marketing campaigns. She has worked on initiatives to promote diversity and multiculturalism; programs that support youth and emerging immigrant groups; health initiatives in Lemon Grove; and arts, culture, and advocacy for nonprofits in City Heights.
