Frantz Farreau

Frantz Farreau is a real estate attorney and broker associate at HomeSmart Realty West. His practice focuses on clearing title issues prior to sale, 1031 exchanges, and working with first time home sellers. He received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from the College of William and Mary Marshall Wythe College of Law, the first law school in the United States.
Farreau is committed to serving his communities. He serves on the Grievance and Education Committees of the San Diego Association of Realtors. He is also the Vice Chair of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section Executive Committee and a member of the board of Lawyers Club of San Diego.
In his spare time, Farreau serves as a volunteer facilitator and trainer for the Insight Prison Project’s Victim Offender Education Group. He is also an avid dancer, hiker, and classical pianist.
