Her roles as Community Health Outreach Worker for the San Francisco Unified School District and Program Manager at the Lavender Youth Recreation Information Center (LYRIC) built a strong foundation in administrative work and crucial Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access practices, fueled by her deep passion for decolonization and social justice activism.

Currently, Frida is pursuing a Master’s in Music Industry Administration at Cal State Northridge, further honing her industry expertise and tools. She’s also a resident DJ for San Diego’s Particle.fm radio collective.
