About:

Linda was born and raised in San Diego and is very happy to call it home. She has worked with nonprofit organizations and volunteers in a variety of settings, including most recently at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and International Rescue Committee before becoming the Accessibility Coordinator at San Diego Pride. Their work has been transformed and motivated by their learnings about Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion throughout their career.

Linda currently serves as the Volunteer, Event, & Access Coordinator at San Diego Pride, supporting our amazing volunteer team and coordinating accessibility and other logistics for our Pride Week events. Linda earned her ADA Coordinator Certification over the course of 2023 and has been applying her learnings to continually improve San Diego Pride’s Accessibility.

Linda is a big fan of She Fest, the San Diego Wave, boygenius, and Taylor Swift. In their free time, you will most likely find them at a fun queer event, a Wave game, a concert, an Aerial Yoga class, a local coffee, thrift, or record shop, trying a new hobby, or exploring all the amazing places San Diego and California has to offer.
