Melissa Malone-Montgomery

Melissa is the Chief Operating Officer at Options For All. She is an experienced operations strategist and team builder who believes in and instills the importance of best serving Options For All’s staff and clients. Melissa believes a successful organization builds a strong foundation that will sustain the ebb and flow of both predictable and unpredictable change. This organization has a strategy that is born from addressing not only market competition but also addressing internal and external gaps.
Melissa is also a successful entrepreneur, a mother, and a wife who enjoys spending time at the beach and going to the movies with her family. She is a graduate of the inaugural San Diego LEAD-ENGAGE program and was a finalist for the San Diego Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year award.
Melissa graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish studies and Civil Engineering and has also earned two master’s degrees in Business and Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Melissa is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
