About: A former Board of SD Pride member, Ms. Wasil is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at National University in La Jolla, CA. She has been an active member of the San Diego LGBTQIA community and began her volunteer career at The Center in 2010. Michelene is an advocate for mental health and ridding the world of the stigma associated with mental illness.
